About the Company

Presurance Holdings, Inc. was founded in 2009 and listed on the Nasdaq Global Market in 2015, under the ticker symbol “CNFR.”  In alignment with its name change to Presurance Holdings, Inc. in 2025, the company changed its ticker symbol to the current “PRHI.” The company is headquartered in Troy, Michigan.

PRHI has two subsidiaries that together make up a broad and flexible platform from which the company provides specialty insurance products. The company’s focus on personal specialty insurance products, balanced with a disciplined approach to offering commercial coverage in very select markets, is targeted to niche and underserved segments and tailored to meet the specialized needs of insureds. Licensed to write insurance on both an admitted and non-admitted basis, PRHI’s flexibility allows it to operate profitably in a variety of markets and pricing scenarios.

The Executive and Senior Management team has deep industry knowledge and long-standing relationships with highly skilled underwriters and agents. These relationships, coupled with extensive insurance industry expertise, position PRHI to further expand its distribution network and continue its organic growth. Experienced claims professionals, deeply knowledgeable and skilled underwriters, a conservative investing strategy, and methodical reserving practices are calculated to protect and build PRHI’s capital.
